Description
This project stems from a previously supported project for the preparation of an organisational needs assessment and action plan for ANIP. This project aims to empower ANIP through the use of training consultancy by improving its sustainability, financial management and communication and marketing procedures. The project includes support for the implementation of a financial management plan and a procedures manual, the creation of a business plan for ANIP’s training centre, the accreditation of the training centre by the CCPFC, and the enhancement of communication plans.
