Description

We operate in the HORECA industry, running the Western Camp resort in the south of Poland in the historic Valley of the Carp. In addition to a variety of accommodation infrastructure, there are restaurants and sports equipment rentals, creating a unique recreation package, mainly used by customers of the neighbouring Energylandia – one of Europe’s largest amusement parks. Our goal is to develop ecological regional tourism based on the use of an attractive location in the valley of picturesque water reservoirs. There is a fish pond in the resort, which we plan to use to expand our  offer with environmentally friendly tourism services on the water, which use houseboats, a floating pool and a restaurant. At the same time, we made sure that the development of part of the pond surface did not affect the well-being of fish living in it and the underwater vegetation. Moreover, the installation of devices producing energy from renewable sources, i.e. photovoltaic panels and heat pumps using pond heat energy, CO2 emissions will be reduced by approx. 56 tons per year, and electricity consumption - by 0.13 GWh, which will minimize the impact of our project on the environment.

Under the project we will purchase construction works needed to develop the pond and the facilities with equipment: houseboats, a restaurant, a swimming pool with pond heating technology and a kiosk for automatic customer service. An R&D unit will carry out works for us aimed at developing smarthouseboats management technology (software that controls energy supply and ionization in rooms). The project partner from Norway, KRIS TREKUNST KRZYSZTOF KREZELOK, will design furniture for all the facilities, adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
