Description

The Covid pandemic has resulted in the laundry sector downtime, which was a difficult challenge for a company operating a network of modern dry cleaners in eastern Poland. Therefore, we decided to look for other sources of income and invest in the development of tourist yacht rental services. In 2021 our company purchased some Antila 33 yachts, which became very popular during the tourist season.

The Norwegian funds will make it possible to expand our charter offer with 2 modern, environmentally friendly premium-class yachts for sailing on inland waters, which respond to the market needs we have identified. The recipients of our services are individual customers: sailors and tourists looking for state-of-the-art ecological yachts for sailing and recreation. MAXUS 34 yachts are the most modern and largest 10-passenger family yachts  available on the Great Mazurian Lakes. They have sail propulsion, so 99% of their operation is eco-friendly and quiet - only during harbour manoeuvres an inboard engine is used. The most important competitive advantage of the new yachts is their being equipped with innovative navigation plotters from the Norwegian company SIMRAD. The plotters can be used to access information needed for safe and comfortable sailing, concerning: depth, speed, position, destination, danger of collision, weather, wind, places of interest nearby, as well as technical data of the yacht: battery voltage values, water level, etc.

The implementation of the project will definitely distinguish our company on the Mazurian market and increase its competitiveness. We intend to further develop with a view to increasing the fleet of charter yachts.
