Summary of project results
The project aimed to address several key challenges in the healthcare and wellness sector, particularly for the aging population. The primary issue was the lack of accessible, comprehensive tools for monitoring and managing health in older adults.
Existing solutions were often fragmented, lacked integration of various health aspects, and did not effectively utilize modern technology such as artificial intelligence (AI) for personalized health management. Additionally, there was a challenge in making these solutions user-friendly and widely accessible, especially to individuals over 55 years of age.
The project also sought to explore and overcome legal, cybersecurity, and market entry barriers in introducing this innovative solution to both local and international markets.
The project involved several key activities aimed at developing and launching a comprehensive health management application named “zdroVeno.” The activities included:
1. Specialist Consulting Services: Engaged experts such as doctors, dietitians, physiotherapists, and psychologists to tailor the application to address six specific health conditions.
2. Application Design: Developed the product technology, functionality, and user interface through graphic design and MockUp creation.
3. Software Licensing: Acquire essential software components, including modules for gamification, fitness tracking, AI-driven health monitoring, and mobile application integration.
4. Marketing Services: Executed a two-stage marketing strategy. The first stage focused on conceptual planning, market segmentation, competition analysis, and brand development. The second stage included promotional activities such as influencer marketing, cross-marketing with health industry partners, and hosting workshops and webinars to test and refine the application.
5. Legal and Market Analysis: Conducted thorough legal analyses regarding data protection, cybersecurity, and tax laws for potential export markets, along with market demand analysis and competitor evaluation.
6. Economic Missions: Participated in international missions to Turkey and the UK to establish partnerships and present the application at industry expos.
The project successfully developed and launched the “zdroVeno” application, a comprehensive health management tool designed to meet the needs of individuals aged 55 and above. The key outcomes include:
1. Increased Competitive Advantage: Quantum Sp. z o.o. enhanced its market position by introducing an innovative product that integrates various health management features, setting a new standard in the health-tech industry.
2. Commercialization of Innovation: The “zdroVeno” app was successfully commercialized and is now available on the market, providing users with advanced tools for monitoring health, dietary planning, and physical activity.
3. Market Expansion: The project laid the groundwork for expanding into international markets by addressing legal and cybersecurity challenges, thereby increasing the potential for revenue growth.
4. Employment: The project created a new job position within the company, contributing to economic growth.
5. User Impact: The primary beneficiaries are older adults who now have access to a user-friendly, integrated health management system, empowering them to manage their health more effectively and improving their quality of life.
These achievements demonstrate the project’s significant impact on both the company and its target users, with long-lasting benefits expected beyond the funding period.
