Description

The project implemented as part of an international consortium consisting of partners from Poland and Norway is a response to the important problem of eating disorders and the resulting physical and mental problems of school students.
The aim of the project is to increase knowledge and shape habits in the field of correct patterns of healthy lifestyle among students in grades IV-VI. The aim of the project is to disseminate information in an attractive, multimedia and accessible cognitive form of 10-12 year olds to help shape the habits of healthy eating, physical activity and prevent eating disorders. The result of the project will be the provision of modern tools and programs of nutrition and exercise education to schools and their teaching staff, which can be used in accordance with the core curriculum during lessons. Importantly, elementary schools will be included in the process of creating the platform, which will provide opinions on the developed substantive scope, didactic process as well as the functionality of the platform and its usability, so that the project responds to the needs of recipients. Schools recruited to the project will pilot the educational program as part of education.
