The main goal of the project is to improve the professional competences of 11 teachers from Partnership schools in the field of electricity and energetics in April-December 2022 by participating in workshops,which are an exchange of vocational training experiences between Partners Vocational Training Center(Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego) from Poland: and Upper Secondary School in Grong Norway. 6 teachers from the VTC  and 5 from the Upper Secondary School in Grong will participate in the project.Branch workshops for teachers from Grong will be implemented in Wroclaw and in Grong for teachers from Wroclaw.As a result of the project implementation,the professional competences of the participants of the Partnership workshops will increase. As a  further result, building a joint Polish-Norwegian industry know-how exchange space,learning new technologies and their practical application will strongly improve the quality of work of institutions related to vocational education.

 

Summary of project results

The main objective of the project was to improve the professional competence of a total of 11 Polish and Norwegian teachers in the field of electricity and energy through participation in educational workshops, being an exchange of professional education experiences between schools. As part of the project, an industry-specific educational workshop for teachers was implemented. Those participating in the exchange had the opportunity to learn about the principles of vocational education in the countries of the partnership and observe and participate in the workshops held. As a result of the project, the professional competencies of workshop participants increased, and as a long-term result, a common space of Polish-Norwegian industry know-how exchange was built. Thanks to the mutual commitment of project partners, all difficulties and problems encountered were solved on an ongoing basis. All activities envisaged in the project have been carried out. The project''s specific objectives and the main objective, which was to increase the professional competence of participants, were achieved. Evaluation surveys of project participants indicate high satisfaction with the project and an increase in participants'' professional competence.

Summary of bilateral results

The cooperation went very well. The commitment of the Partners was very high and fully corresponded to the assumptions from the proposal. Thanks to the mutual commitment of the Partners, all the difficulties and problems encountered were solved on an ongoing basis. Partners remain in constant good contact where there is a great flow of information. Both sides provided each other with assistance in organizing activities in their countries. Project documents were prepared jointly. The program of workshops was mutually arranged by consulting each other so as to best match it to the real needs of the partners.
