The digital change, the prolonged pandemic, and the dynamic computerization of the Department of Management, triggered the need to adapt the educational process of the management faculty. (KZ) to the changes by increasing digital and methodical competences of the KZ staff and adjusting the KZ education program to the remote formula.  
Project objectives:
To develop institutional cooperation within Management studies - to establish international partnerships for improving the quality and adaptation of the offer to distant education
Improving the didactic competences of KZ staff
 Improving staff mobility between the Leader and Partners
Activities:
- training of KZ staff and partners realized in blended-learning format and led by experts from Iceland
- mutual mentoring of lecturers from all partner universities in the scope of methods and techniques of on-line classes
- mobility of lecturers from Poland, Norway and Iceland
- developing a methodological guide for remote education and a handbook with online practices and case studies
- adaptation of KZ curriculum to the online formula (100%).
Target group (direct participants of the project -UP): 10 teaching staff of KZ in CC and 5 didacticians each from partners. In total: 25 persons.
Indirectly: other lecturers from CC and partners.
The project will be implemented according to PCM methodology in the phases: identification, planning, implementation, evaluation
Expected results and impacts:
Improvement of lecturers'' (25 UPs) competences in online teaching
To become acquainted with methods and techniques of online student activation (25 UP)
36 hours of training in remote teaching methods and techniques
Institutional cooperation with 3 universities
Implementation of an intercollegiate mentoring programme (25 UP)
Modifying 20 KZ syllabuses and adapting the online program.

Summary of project results

The digital change, pandemic and computerization of Collegium Civitas, has triggered the need to adapt the education process to the changes by improving the digital and methodological competence of lecturers and adapting the education program to the remote formula. Project objectives: Development of institutional cooperation within the framework of studies-establishment of international partnerships to improve the quality and adaptation of educational offerings to remote learning
Improving the teaching competence of staff in the field of online didactics of staff mobility between the Leader and Partner universities The project implements the objectives of the Education Program, i.e.: professional development of staff, mobility of university staff, partnerships for improving the quality and matching of educational offerings. There has been an expansion of the knowledge base in PL, support for the innovation of teaching methods, increase in the educational potential of Collegium Civitas and partners - realization of the goals of the partnership. The project was in line with the priority areas, i.e. inclusive education, governance in the education sector and the development of a culture of quality in education. The result is the practical knowledge of lecturers on online education, included in a best practices manual, a methodological guide, obtained through training and as a result of a peer mentoring program. A set of methods and tools for types of classes has been developed, available to lecturers. Achievement of goals between partners:exchange of knowledge and good practices in conducting remote education in a multicultural context. Through the mentoring program, lecturers of all partners will enrich their teaching competencies. Description of the group of final recipients: direct-staff and students, indirect-students and lecturers of Collegium Civitas, lecturers of partner universities. In retrospect, it can be said that the identification of needs and the identification of competence gaps defined for development within the framework of the project were carried out correctly and reliably, which enabled the precise formulation of objectives adequately to the objectives of the program, in response to the defined needs.

All planned tasks and activities were carried out, but also products were more widely realised, e.g. the handbook, which was prepared in an interactive format. results and impacts

- Receiving 36 hours of training in remote teaching methods and techniques - Institutional cooperation with 3 universities - Implementation of an inter-university peer mentoring programme

An online conference with 120 participants was realised. The conference summed up the project''s achievements and disseminated its results: project results, innovative online didactics tools, guidelines for building programmes and improving remote learning were presented.

Output 1 Methodology Guide:
Materials have been implemented.
Output 2 Case Studies Handbook
2 types of courses are foreseen: knowledge and practice (CC recommendation to be discussed depending on the specifics of the courses).
a) 1 course: detailed description according to five categories + scenario of one module
b) 2 course: detailed description according to five categories + scenario for two modules
Work on the individual elements of the handbook is still in progress. They have been extended due to modifications after the first tests.
Output 3: Online study programme developed through inter-university peer mentoring.

Summary of bilateral results

Partners are the project''s strongest asset. Partners were selected carefully and thoughtfully, and the selection of Partners and division of work was guided by substantive goals:Collegium Civitas (CC) - managing the project, responsible for the overall project, activities: development of the mentoring program and the program of online studies,Bifrost University (BU) - an innovative educational institution, experienced in the field of educationonline - responsible for Action: conducting training in online education methods and techniques.University of Reykjavik (RU) is the largest non-public university in Iceland - experts in curriculum, assessment materials and design, quality of education - responsible for Activity: development of textbook case-study.VID Specialized University (VID) is an accredited private university in Norway - are experts in the field of methodologies and quality of education - responsible for Activity: preparation of methodological handbook. Partners show great flexibility in organizing meetings, and are eager to participate in them. During the meetings there is always at least one person coordinating the work of the partner and other participants, selected in terms of competence in the discussed topic. Each meeting includes an element of discussion, where Partners are willing to contribute in order to improve the organization/products/cooperation in the project in the implementation of individual results. In terms of content, Partners are great professionals. They send all commitments on time, communication takes place through multiple channels and is very dynamic-no standstills.
