Description

The aim of the project is to raise the level of education in Poland by providing school teachers and educators of primary and secondary schools with competences that help them introduce a new, more effective way of teaching. The training will strengthen the participants'' personal competences in implementing the educational processs andteach them  how to support students in developing the competences of the future. The primary aim of the programme is to support and develop innovative teaching methods and good practices in both formal and non-formal education. To this end, the training programming seeks to develop teacher capacities in the design and development of creative learning experiences, to engage with and incorporated modern technologies in pedagogic practice, and to establish confidence and fluency in experiential teaching methodologies. Teachers will develop their own competencies, confidences, and capacities as educators, and will learn to rethink their role in relation to their students - emphasising guidance, facilitation, and support over the dissemination of knowledge. Participation in the training is intended not only to present the possibilities and ways of a new approach to teaching, but to teach participants to independently create and design their lessons and build collaboration with other teachers and principals to successfully implement a new type of education. The participants will be teachers and teachers acting as principals in their schools, from all over Poland, who are leaders and can demonstrate additional activities in the form of contributing to the pedagogical community. So that they can implement their knowledge not only in their own practice, but also promote and pass the knowledge from training to other educators.
