Description

Topics of intesive training courses arebe based on the identified needs and directions of development of research and teaching staff of the Ignacy Mościcki University of Applied Sciences in Ciechanow. Classes and presentations will be conducted by experts in the field of teaching of management and conducting research and development as well as publications of scientific work results and findings. This need arises from the Ignacy Mościcki University of Applied Sciences in Ciechanow project of building and equipping the Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer, increasing the competitiveness of the university as an organization focusing on the university staff and students at the national scale as well as gaining new knowledge on the functioning of the higher education system fuctioning in Scandinavian countries. Experts will support research staff in the following areas: methodology of conducting research and development and scientific work, the principles of calls for proposals to implement research and development work and commercialization for the development of the Competence Centre within the Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer and to broaden practical and theoretical knowledge in the teaching programs of students of the Ignacy Mościcki University of Applied Sciences in Ciechanow. The participants will be: didactic staff of Ignacy Mościcki University of Applied Sciences in Ciechanow, technical and administrative employees taking part in the work within the curriculum and functioning of the future Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer, students of Ignacy Mościcki University of Applied Sciences in Ciechanow.

Summary of project results
