The project consists in organizing and conducting 5 days of workshop training for pwsz staff – 16 didactics currently performing or able to perform managerial functions at the university in the future.
The training is aimed at developing personal, interpersonal, intercultural and managerial competences, preparing project participants for effective management and decision-making roles in an educational institution, which will translate directly into efficient human resources management and effective teamwork.
The training will concern the following topics:
• Development of social, civic and intercultural competences for the development of a culture of quality and better management of human resources – 1 day
• Effective governance mechanisms in the education sector; Quality culture development and quality management in education" - 1 day
• Interpersonal communication (effective communication) – 1 day
• Effective team management (management potential training) – 1 day
• HRM – effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities; conflict resolution; managerial powers; planning and implementing career paths – 1 day
Summary of project results
Project was implemented properly, according to the timeline and aplication. 5-day intensive training was held concerning managing competences of 16 particpants from the Project Promoters institution. Cooperation with Norwegian trainters was very smooth and fruitful.
The training was aimed at developing personal, interpersonal, intercultural and managerial competences, preparing project participants for effective management and decision-making roles in an educational institution, which will translate directly into efficient human resources management and effective teamwork.

Training methodology:
The training was conducted by 2 experienced trainers from Norway – people familiar with both the specifics of the functioning of the public educational unit and having many years of management experience.
Thanks to the implementation of the project, the Applicant gained an increase in the group of persons with high management competence, which will contribute to improving the quality of management at every level.
Trainees gained new competences that will significantly improve their functioning as managerial persons, make it easier for them to plan their own work and the work of the persons subject to them, and participate more consciously in strategic and operational decisions by the university authorities.
