Description
The aim of the project is to develop the cooperation with Transcultural Arts Production, which started in 2019. Participants of the study visit are the members of the board of the Kod_Krowa Creative Initiatives Association - Szymon Mizera (film education, organization of cultural events), Mariusz Gaj (civic education, organization of workshops and coordination of educational projects) and Katarzyna Wesołowska-Mizera (administration, recruitment). During the visit, we will focus on observing the tools used in the recruitment of participants and the implementation of civic education activities during the pandemic. This will allow us to better identify the risks associated with operating in the hybrid /online formula during COVID-19 pandemic in the field of education. We will meet workers of TrAP responsible for promotion and recruitment as well as project coordinators. This will help us to better organize the activities already planned and implemented by us in the field of education in 2021 and 2022. In addition, we are planning the Fetsund Rafting Museum - the only museum of its kind in Northern Europe with dozens of historic vessels, as our working method is linked to the river and river crafts. The visit will last 3 working days: 2 days in Oslo 1 day in Festsund.
The result of the visit will be the creation of a joint project and an increase in our knowledge and methods of operation in the field of administration, coordination, recruitment and promotion.
Summary of project results
The project was implemented in accordance with the approved scope and schedule. The project included a 5-day (including 2 days for travel) Study Visit to the Host Institution of Transcultural Arts Production in Norway, which was attended by 2 participants from the Applicant Institution. The Host Institution is, like the Applicant Institution, an independent private entity that is engaged in visual arts education aimed at enhancing cultural diversity. During their stay in Norway, they were able to plan joint initiatives between the two organizations for 2022-2023, as well as take part in a film education workshop. Participants also visited the rafting museum in Fetsund, which has dozens of historic vessels, which contributed to the development of knowledge used in the Beneficiary Institution''s method of work related to river crafts. Dissemination activities were implemented. A video in the form of an etude was recorded and posted on the YouTube channels of both institutions. It documents both the course of the project and its results.
Summary of bilateral results
The Beneficiary described the cooperation with the Host Institution as exemplary. The institutions have been cooperating since 2019. The Beneficiary declared that it has deepened its knowledge of working methods and tools, using tools such as streaming, video conferencing and online meetings.
