The overarching goal of the project "Norwegian Innovations in Working with Students with Learning Difficulties and Social Disabilities" is to support staff working with students with specific or special educational needs, including those from disadvantaged backgrounds, with interrupted or disadvantaged access to education. The main event in the project was a 4-day study visit to Stend Vidaregåande Skule, a Norwegian school with extensive and recognized experience in inclusive education, where a "child welfare education" system has been in place for years. The purpose of the visit was to provide participants with the practical knowledge, skills and tools they acquired through meetings and participatory observation of Norwegian teachers. During the 4-day visit, participants were included in the work of a Norwegian school at every level. Participants observed the work of teachers in classrooms, on the school farm and in day care centers for students with special needs. The visit was carried out in the form of job-shadowing, participatory observation and exchange of experiences with the staff of the school and cooperating institutions. Prior to the trip, participants took a course in specialized English on the subject of the visit. The international nature of the visit ensured the transfer of good practices in the field of quality culture, including organizational culture in institutions of non-formal education in school settings. The contacts established will allow for the continuation and sharing of experience in the Polish and European networks, as the project is connected with the implementation of others conducted in the Europea network in Poland and Europe. In the course of the visit, during meetings with teachers and dissemination events, and in the evaluation, participants confirmed that they had developed their professional competencies in the area of inclusive education in vocational education thanks to participation in the visit.
