Description

The planned activities are based on the methodology "Play To Learn More - active learning" and Smartenglish-creative learning. Participants will learn and experience how fun, movement, games and creative work can be introduced to daily classroom learning, especially in inclusive education. How children can use their natural predispositions for movement and at the same time learn. The workshop is based on the "Play To Learn More" methodology, in which children in elementary school learn all subjects through games, movement and senses in a fun, joyful and effective way. All classes are very practical and the participating teachers acquire new skills but can also talk about their teaching experience. Each day of the workshop will end with a summary, if it turns out that an element needs to be practiced again, then the next day of the workshop will start. The last day of the workshop will end with a plan on how teachers will introduce the acquired skills into their classes with students. The last element of the workshop will be their evaluation. All participants will assess the training, trainers and the degree of usefulness of ideas and workshop materials. Before the training, a needs diagnosis will be carried out among teachers willing to participate in training. Information about the project will be presented at the conference opening the project implementation. Trainers will be able to adapt the training materials to the needs of teachers. After the trainings there will be a conference summarizing the project in which teachers participating in the trainings will participate. They will present how they use the method during their lessons, they will present advantages and disadvantages of it. All the training materials developed during intensive trainings will be posted on the project website so that other teachers can use them. The teacher trainers participating in the  intensive trainings will introduce this method to their offer to train other teachers.
