Summary of project results
The main goal of the Education Programme at the University of Szczecin was to enable a group of students and employees to carry out mobility in four categories: student mobility for studies, student mobility for placement, staff mobility for teaching, employee training mobility. As part of the agreements concluded with partners from the Donor States, a group of students and employees also had the opportunity to carry out the above-mentioned categories of trips. Originally in project there were 13 mobilities planned. 7 of the mobilities concerned hosting people from the Donor State partners at the University of Szczecin, and 6 mobility other way around. Finally, only one mobility was achieved mainly due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus. As part of a staff training mobility, a researcher from the Institute of Linguistics at the University of Szczecin visited the Institute of Linguistics, Literature and Aesthetic Studies at the University of Bergen (Norway). As a result of the project, despite inconveniences beyond the control of each party, it was possible to develop and maintain contact and also cooperation between the partners. Especially with the University of Bergen, to which the mobility has been achieved.
Summary of bilateral results
Cooperation with partners from the Donor countries was good. University of Szczecin had and still has close cooperation with Onoy / Luroy Primary School (Norway), which, despite withdrawing from the project due to the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, is in constant contact and does not exclude further cooperation on new projects. Also thanks to the successful completion of the mobility to the Institute of Linguistics, Literature and Aesthetic Studies at the University of Bergen (Norway) by researcher from the University of Szczecin, the path of mutual trust and willingness to develop cooperation in new, wider fields has been strengthened. The involvement of FRSE in the implementation of the project was invaluable. We could always count on substantive assistance in every aspect of the project. The training for the Beneficiaries of the Education Programme on reporting and accounting for projects and the "Guidelines for awarding contracts under the EEA Financial Mechanism for 2014-2021", which was prepared by the Foundation for the Development of the Education System, turned out to be particularly useful.
