Description

The planned project is in line with the intention of raising quality in education and aims - through cooperation with the donor country - to increase the competence of the teaching staff in the field of field education. The new demands that Polish schools face and the challenge of implementing key competences constitute a context encouraging cooperation with donor countries and the search for new pedagogical solutions and innovative approaches to education. An additional element justifying the need to implement the project is the necessity to build a competitive advantage and a clear distinguishing feature of the school based on international cooperation and bilingualism. In this spirit, a 5-day training course in the field of outdoor education is planned, combining activities in the lecture room and outdoors for 20 participants who will learn new methods and tools, improve their competence in teamwork and English and prepare the first elements of teaching their subject outdoor.
