Description
The project was developed in cooperation with Newschool,the Education-Youth Association and Student Sports Club.It is assumed that trainers from Newschool in Oslo will conduct a training for the employees of the PL Institutions mentioned above.The training"Teacher-change agent"is a response to the need to change the methods of working with young people.The course places particular emphasis on facilitation in the pupil-oriented education system and interdyscyplinary work, empirical ways of learning,creativity,learning by doing.Today`s education must combine digital and conventional teaching methods with a comprehensive approach to teaching and learning.The implemetation of the training will bring a new perspective on the sustainable development of young people and,above all,will raise the didactic,substantve and linguistic competences of the participating staff.After The end of the project,the participants will become multipliers among other employees of the participating institutions.
Summary of project results
As part of the project "Teacher as an agent of change", the form of training was changed in the face of the pandemic situation in the world. The training was held on-line on the zoom platform. There were 5 online meetings where Norwegian trainers conducted intensive training using the MIRO platform. The "Teacher as a change agent" training was a response to the need to change the methods of working with a young person. During the workshops, classes were conducted based on project work, facilitation techniques in group processes, and learning by doing techniques were used. An additional advantage of the training was online work, where in view of the prevailing pandemic situation and the need to work remotely with young people, it was a valuable aspect of the workshop. The course focused in particular on facilitation in the education system and interdisciplinary work, experiential ways of learning, creativity and learning by doing. The training brought a new look at the sustainable development of a young person. The participants improved their teaching, substantive and linguistic competences. Training participants became multipliers of acquired skills among other employees of participating institutions.
