Summary of project results

The project started from a promotional conference that took place on May 17. At the same time, the project''s blog and Facebook group were prepared. The trainers from Newschool did not come to Poland to conduct the training due to the epidemic situation. The training took place in a hybrid form - the participants were gathered in our Training Center and we connected with the trainers using the ZOOM platform. Before the training the trainers prepared a needs survey for the participants using Forms. The survey results were used to develop the workshop program and to prepare training materials. On the Google disc, the trainers posted additional materials for the training participants and shared a folder where the materials developed during the training were posted. In this folder, we also included photos from the particular days of the training. The trainers conducted a 3-day training on June 16-18, 2021. The training was attended by 35 teachers of the Opolskie Voivodeship, including 5 teacher trainers from our institution. The training was very practical and concerned the introduction of innovative methods in which the teacher is a moderator, facilitator and the student creatively develops the skills of logical thinking and learning in action. The intensive training was followed by conferences and workshops conducted by RCRE Teacher trainers to disseminate the project and the methods of conducting lessons developed during the intensive training in a way that prevents the exclusion of students due to their disfunctions. There were 3 online conferences, one of which was a nationwide conference. 10 stationary workshop trainings and 1 online were conducted. About 330 teachers participated in all trainings. During each training, challenges tailored to students with SEN have been developed. The challenges are posted on the project blog. An article related to the implementation of the project entitled "Norwegian ways of Design Thinking" was written to Kwartalnik.edu.
