It will be a new, fresh look to develop students key competences and teachers competences. To train teachers 5 our teacher trainers will go to Norway and learn about these methods teoretically and what''s more practically by participating in job shadowing sessions, practical workshops and talks with Norwegian teachers. The materials from the visit will be placed in the project website and the knowlege and skills will be used in creating new offer training for teachers.

Summary of project results

Before the study visit, a meeting with the participants was organized to familiarize them with the innovative methods used by the host institution. The conditions of departure and participation in a study visit related to covid restrictions were also discussed.
We visited two schools during the visit. In addition, we saw how the host institution works and we took part in a workshop entitled "Re-thinking education" during which we looked at the PBL, Design Thinking, Agile methods in education.
During observations in schools and conversations with teachers and students, we saw how they work cross-disciplinary and how to use Montessorii methods. We were very interested in working with a student with special educational needs and it turned out that there are special teachers teams and counselors in schools who support SEN students. We observed how students work with the PBL method from an early age and feel responsible for the educational process, how they work independently, and how they expect feedback from the teacher or guidance in the right direction in case of doubts.
We also visited the public library as a place of direct education, where we also observed the way education is perceived in general and the possibility of using public goods by society.
There were also talks with Newschool on further cooperation and implementation of new projects, if it is possible.
After the study visit, we organized 7 conferences to disseminate the project, one online, the other on-site.
The blog https://studyvisitnorwayrzpwe.blogspot.com/  and a public group on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/groups/3012748825651598  were prepared for the project.
An article was also written entitled "Study visits as part of the Education program
