Summary of project results
The main objective of the project was to increase the competence of the visit''s participants in the field of innovative teaching methods and project management through the exchange of experience and establishing cooperation in the implementation of projects with OsloMet. As part of the completed visit, participants attended a series of meetings with experts, scientific and teaching staff and administrative staff in the field of e-learning implementation at Oslo Metropolitan University, as well as the implementation of international projects, both didactic and scientific. They jointly discussed ways to modernize academic didactics in conjunction with business. Prior to the trip to Norway (in connection with the exclusively remote classes conducted), online hospitalizations of exercises and surveys were conducted among students of Oslo Metropolitan University, which made it possible to publish articles, in the project e-book, related to the remotely conducted classes. The practical skills acquired already allow for the application of innovative teaching methods at the Faculty of Political Science and Journalism of the University. Space was provided for individual meetings and discussions, as well as exchange of experiences. Observations on fundraising and project implementation at OsloMet helped improve the skills of research and teaching staff as project implementers and administrative staff in terms of procedures related to project acquisition and implementation. The study visit ended with a meeting with university authorities and a decision to sign an agreement within the framework of the Erasmus + program, and a concept for further project cooperation was developed especially in the field of innovation in teaching. As part of dissemination activities, a conference was organized on May 27, 2022 directly related to the results of the project The English-language e-book "Innovative Teaching Methods. Project Management in Practice" was published on the website of the UMCS Publishing House in October 2022 (e-book available to all interested parties in Open Access): https://wydawnictwo.umcs.eu/js/elfinder/files/Ebook/Innovative_Teaching_Methods_Project_Management_in_Practice.pdf?fbclid=IwAR23jS1M-55cGeVPDvAbegl_jOGSePjx6teBaKuWYDDFTb2TxIaNQc3J4JU.
Summary of bilateral results
The Host Institution was constantly in contact with the participants of the visit, adjusted to the changes necessary to be made in connection with the pandemic restrictions, and communication with those responsible for the substantive and organizational preparation of the trip also went smoothly. During the study visit, all the substantive points scheduled for implementation were carried out smoothly, allowing further effective dissemination of the results of the visit. Each area was described and discussed in a digestible manner. Each meeting was combined with an opportunity for substantive discussion, asking questions which was linked to the presentation of extensive multimedia presentations on topics related to a particular meeting. A tour of the entire campus was organized, and there was an opportunity to learn about the work both from the side of an academic teacher and an administrative employee. The participants of the visit were able to effectively learn about the topics of modern teaching methods and project management. Representatives of the Host Institution were interested in the feedback, because on this basis they could-as the visit program allowed-invite an additional specialist for a specific meeting. Cooperation with the Host Institution at each stage of the project should be assessed very well.
