collaboration of artists, curators, educators, cultural institutions active in the field of contemporary music, jazz, improvised music, sound art in Poland and Norway creation of new musical projects: composition commissions, creation of new international orchestras, sound installations, concerts in Polish-Norwegian collaborations, new educational programmes for the development of the creative sector, creating HILO platform (online service): implementing promotion strategy, publishing all realized events (streaming) and lectures improving audience''s qualifications, creating a database of Polish-Norwegian artists and experts. The main objective of the project is to develop cultural cooperation between Polish and Norwegian artists, participants in cultural life, cultural institutions and to strengthen bilateral relations between Poland and Norway.

During the "Sanatorium of Sound" festival in Sokołowsko, 17 elements of the program were implementedoriented towards the development and education of an aware audience - interdisciplinary concerts, workshops andsound installations. These events were programmed in an interactive and engaging formulaaudience to actively participate. The special target group of the events was young peopleand families.8 interactive sound installations were implemented, including: Petr Ablinger ("C-A-G-E"), Edyta Jarząb("You will go up the mountain, I will go down the valley") or Magdalena Manderlova ("In a Salty Stream"). In spacein the spa park in Sokołowsko, an 8-channel installation of the Katowice Sound Office was also implemented,which hosted 8 interdisciplinary concerts actively engaging the audience in the eventsmusic

 

Summary of bilateral results

Coordinators indicated by the Partners were obliged to createa detailed action plan in the scope of the assigned responsibilities. Withinresponsibilities, the coordinators were to confirm that they were indicated in the applicationthe scope of the project can be completed in its entirety. Work has also startedrelated to confirmation of participation indicated in the applicationartists.
