The project "CULTURE 3.0. The contemporary role of culture in building an inclusive society" by combining artistic communities from Poland, Norway and Iceland is expected to reduce economic and social differences within the EEA, increase awareness of the need to adapt the activities of people operating in the culture sector to the current market requirements (incl. the public and the business world) and strengthening the tripartite relations between partners in the area of culture through the implementation of joint initiatives: 3 training cycles in three thematic blocks, 35 concerts with a varied concepts, music workshops (incl. the XXth edition of the Poznań Flute Session, Summer Academy of Music and VI International Flute Festival), and the preparation of 12 hard results (1 musical and didactic publication, 3 educational textbooks, 1 Braille text and note''s book, 2 CD and new music literature - 4, 1 clip). The project sets THREE strategic goals: 1. strengthening the awareness of the role of culture in building an integrated civic society, 2. increasing knowledge and creating activities in the field of transculturalism and nurturing Jewish cultural heritage, 3. strengthening tripartite cooperation in a partner group composed of representatives of the world of culture from Poland , Iceland and Norway, which is to lead to the most effective fulfillment of specific objectives and implementation of the assumed results of the submitted Project. 

Summary of project results

Beneficiary, based on, among others observation of the culture market, learning about the worldview of young people and young people (functioning in the sphere of culture), own analyzed, as well as anonymous surveys, saw the following needs: 1. strengthen awareness of the role of culture in building a civil society - integrated, 2. increase of knowledge and undertaking activities in the field of transculturality as well as undertaking actions towards social inclusion (and promotion) of national minorities and people exposed to social exclusion, 3. strengthen the competences of specialists in the cultural and cultural heritage sectors and musicians, 4. modification of existing activities - towards creating a thoughtful training offer leading to an increase in entrepreneurship, especially in the group of young people and working with children, 5. continuation of artistic activities, in particular their implementation in smaller centers, where the local audience has limited access to cultural events, 6. continuation and evolution of the activity of the The European Flute Ensemble and students from Poland, Iceland and Norway, 7. invitations to cooperation of new partners - artists, institutions and bands - including Det Norske Floyteensemble, The European Flute Ensemble, 8. creating a cultural offer for diverse audiences (based on various forms - chamber music, solo music, speaking concerts, classical music, jazz music, fusion of music and performing arts), 9. support for the disabled (including teaching and research materials for the blind), 10. strengthen tripartite cooperation in a partner group composed of representatives of the world of culture from Poland, Iceland and Norway to lead to the most effective fulfillment of the objectives and implementation of the expected results of the submitted Project.

The project set THREE strategic goals: 1. strengthening the awareness of the role of culture in building an integrated civic society, 2. increasing knowledge and creating activities in the field of transculturalism and nurturing Jewish cultural heritage, 3. strengthening tripartite cooperation in a partner group composed of representatives of the world of culture from Poland , Iceland and Norway, which is to lead to the most effective fulfillment of specific objectives and implementation of the assumed results of the submitted Project. Specific objectives were: 1. developing cooperation between representatives of people and institutions operating in the cultural sector and representatives and institutions operating in different sectors (including social sciences) 2. developing cooperation between organizations, institutions and artists from Poland, Norway and Iceland 3. development of entrepreneurship among people operating in the cultural sector, 4. development of the audience (including by proposing a precisely selected cultural offer for a given group of recipients), 5. joint organization of trainings, concerts, workshops and sessions, 6. joint preparation of soft and permanent results planned in the Project.
 

The results of the implemented project were:- closer cooperation between artists and universities from Poland, Norway and Iceland, - interest of local communities in the cultural offer developed in the Polish-Norwegian-Icelandic partnership, - social integration and establishing relations between ethnic minorities in Poland. Within the project were implemented   three types of activities: 1. Training (three blocks: I. "Culture Shark", II. "Baby Shark of the Culture", III. "Different globally, equally locally"), 2. 40 Concerts, 3. music workshops: Poznań Flute Session, Summer Academy and Flute Festival. Music literature (a.o.): Polish, Norwegian and Icelandic composers (incl. O. Bull, J. Kvandal, E. Fabiańska - Jelinska, A. Sveinsson, P. Klecki, M. Wajnberg) and world premieres of comp. Norwegian and Polish. Artist: Polish and Norwegian among others.

 

Within the project:

- 149 artistic events were carried out as a result of cooperation with partner institution under the project (43 music and performing arts events, 18   fine arts and visual arts events, 33 events dedicated to cultural heritage, 14 events dedicated to creative sector, 34 cultural and artistic education events, 4 events aimed at the inclusion of ethnic and national minorities, 3 events improving the cultural competences of audiences);

- 8200 people attended the cultural and artistic events organized by the project

- 310 professional staff were trained 

- 670 promotional materials were prepared

Summary of bilateral results

Cooperation with all Partners under the Project went very well and harmoniously bringing benefits and strengthening bilateral relations. Partner''s representative regulary participated in online meetings as a members of the Project Team and cooperated with Norwegian artists in order to properly prepare them for participation in the project. the Leader and Partners consistently implemented the activities defined in the application application, including for the organization of activities in Poland and Norway, e.g. in Skien (April 2023), and Kristiansand (August 2023) - including to work on the implementation of the clip ''Vikings and Highlanders'', and conducted research and work on the preparation of a manual entitled: "I play on the flute the music of Nowowiejski, Kvandal and Ingólfsson," and collaborated on the content part of the clip "Vikings and Highlanders Highlanders." All Partners were consulted on project activities, including substantive and organizational activities. Meetings Partners were held, as a rule, through electronic messaging (zoom, skype, phone calls, emails), as well as during art events and work meetings.
