Creation of an inclusive and ambitious artistic exchange project, aimed in particular at artists of national minorities in Poland and Norway or artists with migration experience, and increasing their visibility and recognition
• organization of workshops and meetings for the public: 
- 1a workshop for children and young people from the region taking place in Hvitsten in conjunction with the art festival Hvitsten Salong;
- 4 workshops for adults: 2 in Wrocław and 2 in Norway on storytelling, based on the experience and provenance of foreign artists;
- a series of 7 meetings summarizing the residences, called "open studios", combined with artist talks of resident artists in Wrocław (3), Oslo (1) and Hvitsten (3), open to the public;
- 2 guided tours for the public with curators of artistic presentations as part of the Hvitsten Salong Festival (1) and in Wrocław;
- organization of 6 local and national workshops in cooperation with The Cultural Backpack (DKS);
- 2 online lectures for beginning minority artists on the art scene and the art market in Poland and Norway, .
• creating 1 open online archive of the project tailored to the needs of people with sensory disabilities;
• organization of study visits (Wrocław, Hvitsten, Oslo) - representatives of all institutions will participate in study visits to the partner country;
• artistic exchange program for artists from Poland and Norway,
• presentation of the works and effects of the residency at the festival in Hvitsten and Wrocław;
• organization of artistic residencies in Wrocław and Hvitsten for 13 artists from Poland and Norway, and the artist Safemuse;

The target group of the project were largely artists belonging to national and ethnic minorities in Poland and beyondNorway. Throughout the entire project, they were supported  both in the travel process and in their creation on site. They were organizedexhibitions that presented their work to a wide audience and artistic tours during which the artiststhey could present themselves. An additional aspect were tours in English, for art recipients who did not speak EnglishPolish and prepared materials creating the exhibition in Polish, English and Ukrainian

Summary of bilateral results

Project "Whose voices are heard?" it was of a partnership nature, which meant closecooperation between the leader and partners and an attempt to organize as much as possiblesymmetricsymmetric activitiesand activities and regular meetings (live andonline) between partners and exchange of experiences,... thus the majoritytasks, except administrative ones, were carried out jointly or inat a similar time by the leader and partners. Partners agreed togethercontent of the open call, jointly organized study visits, communicationsimilar content.
