A laundry is necessary to improve the economic efficiency of the company. Also for cases when guests stay with us longer and need to wash their personal linen. Unfortunately, we could not provide such a service, but we solved this problem by cooperating with the social house available in the parish, where there is one washing machine and in terms of hygiene, distance, and available time, it was not a convenient and acceptable option for customers.Project objective(s). By improving the efficiency of the company''s operation, reducing funding and resources for laundry needs and developing a new service laundry "house", equipped with appropriate professional equipment and by reducing time consumption and resources for cleaning the territory, to modernize the technical base of cleaning equipment.
On the other hand, by modernizing the cleaning technique of the guest house''s outdoor areas, we will increase the company''s efficiency, reduce time consumption for outdoor work, reduce the physical workload of employees, and improve the aesthetic and cleaning quality of the area.
Summary of project results
Objective of the project was to improving the efficiency of the company''s operations, reducing financing and resources for laundry needs and developing a new service laundry "house", equipped with appropriate professional equipment and, reducing time consumption. A laundry house has been installed by purchasing professional washing equipment (washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing roller), thus relieving the budget of SIA "Parka mājas" for laundry, taking the laundry to the dry cleanerand and resources for cleaning the territory, modernize the technical base of cleaning equipment.

The activities of the project will allow company to work more efficient. As well as new service was created - a laundry service to order. The implementation of the project will contribute to improving the efficiency of the company''s operations and increase competitiveness by offering better quality services to the residents and guests of Latgale. One full-time job was created for an indefinite period.
