As a result of the implementation of the project, two additional full-time jobs will be created for people who will work with the new sewing machine and pneumatic fastening equipment and will be engaged in sewing emblems and other types of embroidery and fixing pins.The goal of the project is to equip the sewing workshop with a pneumatic fastening device and a programmable special sewing machine to fulfill all kinds of orders. Both the sewing machine and the fastening device purchased within the project, as well as sewing machines already in the property, will be connected to the new compressor.
Summary of project results
The aim of the project is to equip the sewing workshop with a pneumatic attachment machine and a programmable special sewing machine to fulfill all types of orders as well as to create new jobs.
Both the sewing machine and attachment equipment purchased within the framework of the project, as well as the sewing machines already on the property, were connected to the new compressor. Before the implementation of the project, the Company did not have a special machine and the sewing of emblems is carried out with an ordinary machine, which is many times longer and requires high qualifications of seamstresses. There was also no possibility to carry out embroidery on clothes, especially workwear and children''s clothing and will have to refuse orders, or customers have to look for embroidery performers and organize the delivery of model parts back and forth, which significantly complicated the process of performing work, the deadline for the execution of finished products will also increase. With the new attachment machine, some types of brooch fastening can be performed simultaneously, which speeds up the execution of orders and increases the quality of service. In Oktombry, the Company already performed a sewing service with the help of newly purchased fixed assets, the order was made by 2 days earlier.
