Description

The aim of the project is to improve communication and strengthen the image of the NGO in society and differentiate financial sources to promote the long-term development of the organization. The activities planned to achieve the goal include the development of a unified corporate identity and stylebook, the development of a website, the development, and implementation of a plan for attracting new members, and the creation of a community of "Responsible Business Ambassadors" program alumni. When implementing the planned activities, it is envisaged that:
1. regular, high-quality communication about the association''s goals, work, activities, and current events in the public space is ensured. Increased public awareness and credibility of the organization by 60% of the existing one.
2. Attracting new members, thus increasing the overall ability of the organization to achieve its goals in the long run.
3. Raising communication and reaching a wider audience has led to an increase in general public awareness, as evidenced by the 46% increase in the number of participants in training programs.

This set of activities will diversify financial sources, increase the association''s income, diversify the membership fee payers, and increase the number of fees in the budget from the participants of the training program, thus strengthening the independence of the organization from project donors. The obtained financial resources will be used to attract permanent human resources to the activities of the association for its daily work, as well as to create information and educational campaigns and give time to create new practical tools and other resources to achieve the goals of the organization.

Summary of project results

In 2020, the association''s strategic goals for the 2021 - 2026 planning period were developed. In order to achieve the goals, priority tasks have been set during the period: strengthening and developing communication, incl. creation and improvement of the website; attraction of new members; creation of "Responsible Business Heralds" alumni community; diversification of funding; recruitment of permanent staff.

The implementation of the project made it possible to fully achieve the project goal with planned project activities:
1. Development of a corporate image and style book to promote recognition and communication;
2. Improvement of the website and communication in social networks;
3. Development of the membership attraction plan and attraction measures;
4. Creation of the alumni community of "Messengers of Responsible Business".
With the allocated funding, it was possible to implement the above-mentioned project activities and now the new identity is available to the wider public, with which the organization is recognized in the Internet environment and social media.

Until 2023 in April, the number of members of the association increased by 9 members, 7 of which are companies.

With the implementation of this project, the recognition of "CSR Latvia" has been developed and strengthened as an organization whose daily work is to draw attention to and promote solutions to various sustainability issues in the business environment.
