The aim of the project is to strengthen the capacity of the Foundation "Science and Innovation Park", develop management competencies, renew the statutes and strategy, manage workforce sustainability and communication with society.
In 2012, the Foundation "Science and Innovation Park" was established to promote the development of the knowledge economy, implementing the involvement of innovations and the transfer of technology and knowledge in the national economy. Currently, due to the interests and goals of the newly involved persons, the foundation operates in a completely different perspective from its original founding purpose, but the reorganization and changes in the statutes have not been carried out so far.
To achieve the main goal of the project, four activities will be carried out - renewal of the strategy, improvement of the website, social media and public image, M&E training for the board of the fund and project managers (8 people) and project management. , work planning, organization, cooperation promotion and public image building training for project managers and assistants. These trainings will strengthen the individual capabilities of at least 27 people involved in the Foundation. The project will help solve the Fund''s long-standing problems, which keep it "stuck" and prevent it from moving towards long-term goals.
The activities are expected to guarantee a clearer vision of the foundation''s long-term goals and strengthen the structure.
