Description

The aim of the project is to promote the capacity of Rundāle district youth organizations "We own the world" and "Inicio", with the aim to implement an effective management system, develop a strategy and advertising, but for NGO "We own the world" also to start economic activities.
The main planned activities to achieve the goal:
-to train members  and volunteers of NGOs in NGOs self-positioning and creation of advertising;
-to train the implementation of the M&E management system of the NGOs management teams;
-training, in which members  and volunteers of NGOs will develop a long-term strategy of NGOs;
-seminar of the implementation of the economic activities of the NGO "We own the world" and employing young people for the creation of an e-shop.
The project will achieve the following main results:
- 5 capacity seminars (52 hours in total), trained 20 members and volunteers of the youth NGOs "We own the world" and "Inicio";
- 4 employees  employed in part-time job during the project, 3 of them are young people aged 18-24 (980 man-hours paid in total);
- NGO "We own the world" has started economic activity and has developed an e-shop;
- 4 experts involved in training;
- The number of audiences reached through advertising and publicity during the project has increased five times compared to the two-year period before the project.
The main long-term impact of the project:
- the NGO "We own the world" has reduced dependence on projects and can provide free services to its target audience (creative workshops, non-formal education, personality development ect.);
- NGOs "We own the world" and "Inicio" use methods of goal setting and evaluation on a daily basis;
- society regularly learns about the work and influence of the NGOs;
- the strategic cooperation of youth organizations "We own the world" and "Inicio" has been strengthened;
- youth employment and entrepreneurship are contributed.

Summary of project results

Implement an effective management system, develop a strategy and advertising, and initiate economic activities for the association "We own the World".

The association "We own the World" improved its capacity, implemented an effective management system, developed a strategy and advertising, and also initiated economic activities.

The main results of the project include successfully conducting 5 capacity-building seminars for 20 members and volunteers, employing 4 staff members during the project, of whom 3 are young people aged 18-24. The association "We own the World" has initiated economic activities and established an e-commerce platform. Additionally, a diversified audience has been reached in the field of advertising and publicity, and successful implementation of online workshops and the creation of online courses have taken place. Furthermore, a new MPP logo has been developed, and corporate colors have been defined. Achieving a significant goal is highlighted by the generated income from the core activities of the association and sales in the store.

Impact of the project - the association "We own the World" has reduced dependence on projects. Moreover, the inclusion of young people at risk of social exclusion in the activities of the association has been promoted. Additionally, the strategic collaboration of youth organizations has been strengthened, fostering youth employment and entrepreneurship.
