Summary of project results
Professional development of employees. The organization faced the need to enhance employees'' professional skills and efficiency. Administrative staff and educators worked long-term towards the association''s goals, but new work methods and knowledge were required, particularly when developing larger projects. Educators lacked sufficient knowledge to professionally and ethically organize their work, and the transition to online education revealed a lack of skills for conducting digital lessons.
Digitalization. The organization encountered significant challenges in implementing digitalization. Limited human resources and funding for equipment hindered the ability to meet the demand for digital content and tools, which were crucial for modern operational efficiency.
Development of educational programs. In developing educational programs, the organization lacked the involvement of methodological specialists and industry professionals. Limited resources hindered the creation of high-quality, standardized training programs. This impacted the diversity of offered activities and made it difficult to increase revenue from economic activities.
Establishing international cooperation. The organization primarily relied on internet resources and local partners to keep up with global trends in educational technologies. However, this approach was incomplete and did not allow for the thorough acquisition or implementation of international-level innovations. There was a need to participate in international exchange events and build global connections to foster the development of technical creativity in Latvia.
Recognition and community building. The organization struggled to fully reach its target audience and encourage natural collaboration within society. Limited budgets restricted active engagement with various segments, delaying community building and reducing the impact of individual activities on society. However, there was significant potential to enhance the organization''s outcomes by uniting various target groups to achieve shared goals.
