Within the framework of the Active Citizen Fund capacity project, the NGO "New East" aims to move to the next level, develop the organization''s operations and administration, increase the association''s human resources. At the same time to increase qualifications, develop knowledge, skills of human resources (team members, volunteers and experts in the New East community) in the areas of management, financial accounting, management and IT) through lectures and educational events as part of the project. Our goal is to achieve long-term economic growth within 17 months (increasing the company''s economic income by 15%), attract new members (20 people), carry out rebranding activities, create a "New East" website to promote the association''s cultural, educational and social projects. Our goal is to compile a summary of the association''s experience and achievements, as well as to create an organization strategy and vision for the next five years. A key role in this activity is played by the Donor partner, who advises and shares the possitive experience, development and vision of his organization, what is indirectly connected with out strategy activity.
As part of this project activity, we plan to create an online education platform, create a CSO networking season center in Daugavpils, as well as organize seminars / conferences with partners from 5 countries. All activities are focused on the long-term economic growth, social cohesion and development of the organization (e.g. design code, purchase of equipment, creation of CSO networks, attraction of new members, etc.). An important stage of the project is the education of the new members. We are also planning a number of publicity events with the aim of setting a positive example, ensuring the association''s visibility in the region and promoting the activities of NGOs in the region.
