The project "Springboard" for "Brinummaja" carried out the following activities and produced the following outputs:

  1. Implementation of Good Management Practices:

    • The project introduced changes in the organization’s structure by implementing a more democratic decision-making process and a horizontal structure. This helped optimize resource use and reduce errors and time consumption.
    • The project established an ongoing data monitoring system to track key indicators like service usage and revenue, allowing for timely decision-making regarding resource optimization and client support.
    • Regular online staff meetings were initiated to keep employees informed about strategic priorities and results, helping to maintain focus on key activities. These meetings occur quarterly or around significant activities or projects.
