Problem identification. Project implementation is impeded by the following „Ausne“ company problems: company has a successful experience creating innovative products, however it is plagued, lately, by the problems related to obsolete technological process; increasing competition in Lithuanian market limits company capabilities to provide attractive price or added value for its clients (pricing policy changes are impeded by work productivity, while product line updates are limited by inefficient technological process); the negative effects of Covid-19 made many foreign partners to leave the market, which, in turn, caused significant export reduction.
The Goal of the Project – to create innovative product “AURAVITA” (“Aura” is a trademark reference, while “vita” is a Latin for “life”), implementing smart information and communication (IC) solutions while strengthening long-term Norway and Lithuania relations.
Project Activities – innovative „AURAVITA“ product creation, implementing modern smart IC technology solutions, based on the automatization and digitization of production processes. Activity will take place in the city of Šiauliai, Lithuania.

In addition, there are digital solution implementations for enchanced information convenience: smart QR codes for product labeling and up to 10 years of warranty coverage, mattress cover fabric with anti-stress properties usage.
The project will establish an important, added value generating partnership. It will be carried out together with „Lawo Lab“ AS from Norway (creator and implementor of green and smart innovations).
