During the project, around 20 specialists provided services throughout the entire period. These specialists participated in various trainings and gained extensive experience in providing comprehensive services to families. They continuously engaged in inter-institutional cooperation with specialists and administration from the Kaunas City Social Services Department and the Kaunas City Child Rights Department, sharing best practices and addressing challenges encountered.
After the project concludes, the Public Institution "Vilties Žiedas" will continue to provide comprehensive services to families for another 5 years, leveraging the experience gained during the project. During this continuation period, the "One Stop" center will employ a case manager, a social worker, and a psychologist who will provide social worker services, case management, parenting skills consultations, and accommodation services as needed.
The experience gained from the project will continue to be utilized within the organization, as "Vilties Žiedas" has become a partner of the Kaunas City Municipality in implementing the "KOPA" project. Additionally, the organization plans to apply for other projects aimed at providing services to families. The connections established with educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other entities providing family services during the project are expected to be maintained and developed.
