The main purpose of the project is to improve the quality of health care services provided to children in Rokiškis, Kupiškis and Visaginas, giving the priority to mental health. Specialists actively and intensively organize various events, programs, discussions, lectures for children on various topics of health care, healthy lifestyle and related topics. However, their work is limited by the lack of equipment, tools and premises necessary for the performance of these activities. After implementation of the project the infrastructure of health offices in schools and pre-schools will be improved. Health offices will be repaired and all the necessary furniture, equipment for the performance of health care functionality will be purchased. By acquiring and updating the methodological and educational equipment needed for improving mental health of children and young people, health care professionals will have all the opportunities to perform and ensure the functions required for pre-school and school age children. it is expected that health professionals'' work with children and young people will reduce the use of smokers, drugs and alcohol, and will be a timely prevention of an increase in crime.

- Challenge: Furniture, equipment, and tools in health offices are outdated, physically and morally worn out, or missing, compromising the quality of health services.

Limited Methodological and Training Tools:
- Challenge: Lack of various methodological and training tools hampers the effectiveness of health education programs for children.

Need for Cabinet Repairs:
- Challenge: Some cabinets require repairs to meet the necessary standards for health offices.

By addressing these challenges, the project seeks to create an environment where health professionals can effectively carry out preventive measures, health education, and interventions to enhance the overall health of children in the specified districts.
