Description

Draco Ltd. is specialized in design, production and sales of waterproofing, renovation, and restoration materials and also industrial floors. Most of Draco’s products are applied in housing segments, public sector, touristic sector and industry sector.

Its production process involves generation of significant volume of waste, mostly water, but  consisted of some sediments. When waste is generated, it is stored with the company until appropriately managed by the outsourced company. This means closing the machines and stopping production process.

With this project, Draco is investing into a plant for technological treatment of waste water generated in the production, which will enable saving money on waste water treatment and on other resources (water, energy, gas).  It will also increase Company’s production capacity.

The investment will enable introducing new, fully automated technological process, making the entire production process more efficient. The waste generated in the production will go directly into this plant, automatically separating fluid and sediment material, immediately transferring sediment to corresponding tank. The plant will also send separated fluid back to the production process. The water will then be used back in the production, as part of formulation, or for maintenance, or cleaning of machines – depending on the quality.

With this new plant in operation, Draco will be able to continue with production process without stopping it. Since waste treatment will be done inhouse, in parallel with the production process, machines will be working full time, which is why Draco’s capacity will increase, and so will its revenues.

Draco will also achieve significant savings on cost of water and water treatment, in cost of gas (no need for transportation of waste to outsourced company). Decreased production costs will make Draco’s products more attractive and competitive.
