Description
The project entitled "Intelligent leak detection system for the Aegean water supply network" aims to reduce leaks, save water resources, monitoring and improving the quality of supplied water, as well as creating an integrated water resources management system of the water supply network of the city of Aegion. Activities in the project include supply, installation and commissioning of equipment for upgrading the water supply infrastructure.
The system includes a central control station (CSC) that will process the collected results from the Local Control Stations.
The system will include development of an information visualization and leak detection platform and development and parameterization of hydraulic modeling and closed-zone digital twin simulation of the water supply network.
