Description

The aim of the project is to create a holistic digitalised solution for the new car buying/selling process that covers all stages and reduces costs and ecological footprint by 90%. The idea is to support the whole process in digital environment and to integrate all related parties. The main sources of savings and benefits are: all information in stored in one environment and it can be accessed by all parties using their regular everyday tools; eliminated traveling; fast and secure; trustworthy service providers; integration with all parties and databases (car registry, insurance, financing, and other service providers). This idea is partly utilised by Tesla, but their solution covers only some stages of the whole car buying process and it is limited to only one provider.

In developing this holistic solution, Modera will use approach called Digital Customer Experience (DCE/DCX) which focuses on improving interactions between a customer and a company using digitalisation resulting in higher customer satisfaction. DCE integrates and optimises digital and real-life processes, including both front-end services and back-office processes. Modera has used DCE approach successfully in different products for car dealers (Salesfront, Storefront, Webfront, and Showroom) that cover only some stages of new car selling (see the video presentation at www.modera.com), but already support 22 different car makes globally (Kia, Renault, Volvo, Honda, Nissan, Hyundai, Mazda, Toyota, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Opel, Alpine, Jaguar, Land Rover, Dacia).
