Summary of project results
The project was necessary to raise the organizational capacity of Virumaa Tugiteenused and more specifically, to implement a system for evaluating the organization''s activities and enhance its communication capabilities. This would ensure an effective internal and external communication system, allowing for better member engagement. The project also aimed to create a transparent, media-visible, positive, and trustworthy public image of the association.
The initiative was needed to bring clarity and new directions to the activities of the Project Promoter. It was crucial to carry out an impact analysis and devise a plan for necessary changes. The renewal of the organization’s image and presentation (website, signage for premises, communication with partners, etc.) was also essential. Additionally, it was important to involve the team in implementing these changes and setting goals for the upcoming years.
The project activities included acquiring skills to assess the impact of the organization''s activities, developing an impact assessment system, and conducting the initial evaluation. The association''s website was updated, and a communication plan was created. In developing this plan, the organization involved not only its members but also partners, supporters, and representatives from the target groups the association serves.
To achieve the project goals, several training sessions and meetings were held, and the results of the project were presented at a final seminar with over 50 participants, including partners.
The active involvement of the team in the project activities helped achieve the desired outcomes.
As a result of the project, the organization acquired the skills to assess the impact of its activities, developed an impact assessment system, and carried out an initial evaluation. The association''s website was updated, and a communication plan was created.
The sustainability of the project''s results and impact beyond its completion is ensured through the following measures:
- The organization will systematically and consistently assess the impact of its activities, with the skills maintained and growing.
- The organization will follow the internal communication systems and communication plans in its activities.
- Feedback will be collected on the functioning of the internal communication systems and communication plans.
- Based on the feedback, the internal communication systems and communication plans will be analyzed and adjusted if necessary, ensuring their ongoing effectiveness.
These activities are critical for the continuous development and communication within the organization. It is essential to continue with the initiatives started in the project to make them a permanent part of the organization''s development.
Ongoing engagement will bring success, and as it becomes a habit for all involved parties, the result will be that all stakeholders benefit from the collaboration.
