We are presenting a project whose main objective is to expand business opportunities for offers and sales of Revenium products within the project naturpark12.cz - social enterprise of the coffee roastery in the Kokořínsko PLA. Thanks to the project, we could purchase a subscription to the Leady.cz application from Imper for the whole duration of the project. This would be a monitoring of the traffic to our websites. Thanks to the application, we can get a number of new business contacts to boost sales, based on the traffic to two domains of our websites. The application can provide relevant visitor contacts according to the specified criteria.

Summary of project results

The project aimed to address the challenges of implementing a system for monitoring selected domains of the Revenium association, collecting contact information on significant visitors, and integrating this data into the organization''s sales processes.


 

The key objectives were:

1. Establishing a contractual relationship with the provider of the Leady application, ensuring its uniqueness in the Czech market, and configuring the monitoring of the domains naturpark12.cz, revenium.cz, and inspirante.cz.

2. Setting up an internal process for utilizing the monitored data, with the sales coordinator playing a crucial role in evaluating and distributing relevant contacts to individual sales representatives.

3. Collecting contact data and forwarding potential sales cases to the sales representatives for further action, with a higher priority given to contacts from the naturpark12.cz domain, as it directly relates to the coffee business.

4. Integrating the Leady application with the existing CRM system, Raynet, by adding new data fields to track the source and details of each sales case.

5. Concluding the monitoring of the domains supported by the grant, evaluating the results, and deciding to continue monitoring the most valuable domains, 
naturpark12.cz and inspirante.cz, while discontinuing the monitoring of revenium.cz.

The project successfully addressed these challenges, leading to the acquisition of essential contacts for sales cases, resulting in an increase in turnover amounting to tens of thousands of CZK.

The project achieved significant results for the Revenium association and its beneficiaries, primarily through the implementation of the Leady application for
monitoring selected domains and integrating the collected contact information into the organization''s sales processes. 
The main outcomes and impacts of the project include:

Improved lead generation.
By monitoring the domains naturpark12.cz, revenium.cz, and inspirante.cz, the project enabled the Revenium association to collect valuable contact
information on potential customers and partners. This led to an increased number of qualified leads for the sales team to pursue.

Enhanced sales efficiency.
The integration of the Leady application with the existing Raynet CRM system streamlined the sales process by providing sales representatives with 
relevant contact information and details. This allowed them to focus their efforts on the most promising leads, resulting in improved sales efficiency 
and effectiveness.

Increased turnover.
The project''s success in acquiring essential contacts for sales cases led to a significant increase in turnover, amounting to tens of thousands of CZK.
This financial impact directly benefits the Revenium association, enabling us to further our mission and support our activities.

Continued monitoring of valuable domains.
Based on the project''s results, the Revenium association decided to continue monitoring the most valuable domains, naturpark12.cz and inspirante.cz, 
ensuring ongoing lead generation and potential for increased sales.

Knowledge sharing.
 The case study documenting the progress of selected sales cases from the Leady application serves as a valuable resource for the Revenium association 
and other organizations looking to implement similar systems. It provides insights into best practices and potential challenges, facilitating knowledge sharing
and continuous improvement.

The project''s beneficiaries include the Revenium association itself, its sales team, and the individuals and organizations supported by the Revenium''s 
increased turnover and success. By enhancing the association''s ability to generate leads and close sales, the project contributes to the overall sustainability 
and impact of the Revenium association''s work.
