Summary of project results
The project focused on solving several key problems and challenges that hindered the effective functioning of EUROTOPIA.CZ, o.p.s. One of the main problems was the lack of digitalization and modernization of the working environment. The organisation had been using only free software, which did not always meet the needs of the staff. Another challenge was the lack of communication and coordination between staff and external entities such as clients, donors and collaborating organisations. This project aimed to improve internal communication between staff and external communication through better task planning and coordination of team activities. Insufficient technical equipment and support were also significant obstacles. The project therefore focused on the need for remote computer tools that would allow technical problems to be solved remotely, and for quality software for data and document processing and visual output. Finally, limited financial resources to acquire the necessary software were a significant barrier to implementing modern digital solutions and improving work efficiency. Therefore, the project focused on obtaining funding for the acquisition of appropriate software and subsequent training of staff, which will lead to increased work efficiency, improved quality of services and better communication within the organisation and externally. Overall, the project has brought significant improvements in digitalization, work efficiency and quality of services provided by EUROTOPIA.CZ, o.p.s., contributing to its long-term growth and sustainability.

These training sessions ensured that staff were able to effectively use the new software and work in a digital environment. A series of 7 instructional videos were created for new staff who are just starting to work in the Google Workspace environment. The project also included an evaluation that verified the effectiveness of the implemented solutions. Questionnaires were used to collect feedback from staff, allowing the impact of the project on their work to be evaluated.
