Description
The goal of the project is to support the effectiveness of the association''s activities through the implementation of digital technologies. Currently, we do not have sufficient human resources, i.e. finances, to handle the agenda of reservations, invoicing, payments, answering client questions, looking after and looking for new donors. We therefore feel the need to intervene in this area and provide appropriate solutions. These tools will directly affect the quality of the services we provide and the service towards clients and potential donors and will enable the members of the association to use their time effectively. The implemented technologies will enable the automation of processes.
Summary of project results
The issues we needed to solve was inefficiency within our activities as a manual booking of clients via phone or emails. Also collecting data, manual storing and sharing within a team was manual work. We felt going forward we have to make a change as this was not sustainable in a long term horizon. Our association grows and we knew we will have to increase the amount of our donors. This was also a challenge for our association. Implemented tools significantly helps in the fundraising.
We implemented several tools into our website. The most important is booking system. Then we implemented e-shop, chatbox and pop-up window. Also data about our clients are now collected automatically and there is a new internal storage which is available to all our therapists. The outputs were online trainings of all our associates an external co-workers where we explained the new tools and how it effects their job. We collected very nice feedback mostly.
The main result of whole project is an increasing of efficiency of our work and also implementing some strategic tools which are going to help us in the planned activities and goals. The beneficiaries of this projects are mainly our co-workers for whom the tools mean a significant time savings. This project has also value for our donors and clients for whom new websites offer a lot of simplifications how to communicate with us, how to support them easily and how to get quick and immediate answers to their questions. The project overall has a big impact on our association
in terms of improving our work and internal processes.
