Description
Currently, member database management is implemented within complex tables. As the number of members increases, their use becomes difficult. As part of the proposed project, digitization of the Association''s activities will be supported. On the one hand, it will be easier to manage data, payments, issuing confirmation of receipt of a donation for tax purposes, and more. Sending information via email will also be simpler. Part of the project also includes the purchase of a laptop to ensure the mentioned activities.
Summary of project results
Before the implementation of the project, the management of the database of members of the Association was solved within the framework of complex
google tables. With an increasing number of members (currently it has 174 members) their use was difficult.
Main goal of the implemented project, the digitization of the Association''s activities was supported. On the one hand, it is simpler to manage data, payments,
vand issue a confirmation of receipt of a donation for tax purposes and more. Sending information via email is also simpler. As part of the project, a laptop
was also purchased for security purposes listed activities.
During the implementation of the project, data management on the membership base of the Association was simplified. Within the new database, both
access to data and a better overview are easier about the membership base. Management of payment of membership fees and variable symbols was
also ensured. Due to the growing number of members of the Association, digitization of data greatly benefits in the clarity of information about members,
contacts and membership fees. Contacts for individual members of the Association and their overview data are important both for communication
with members and for planning Association events.
By the implementation of the project fulfilled the result V 5.2. The number of civil society organizations with transparent and accountable management
with a value of 1, one organization.
Furthermore, output V 5.3 was fulfilled: The capacities of civil society organizations are strengthened through the fulfillment of indicators 5.3.1: Number of
trained leaders civil society organizations in the value of 2, which was in fact exceeded and there was direct training of 3 members of the Association''s
management and 5.3.2: Number civil society organizations involved in capacity-building initiatives supported by the program worth 1.
