Description

The aim of the project is to use digital tools in a targeted and more effective way for the work of our organisation. By improving our digital services we want to expand/improve the organisation of our activities, the delivery of our services and communication with our target group.
The project will develop our information system to make it more reflective of the current trend, the transition of most activities to digital.

Summary of project results

In recent years, the importance of online activities and the associated need to digitize our services have become more apparent than before.

The epidemiological situation had a very significant effect on our organization, as well as on other organizations, and our activities were

greatly limited, although we tried to function at least within the limits of the possibilities in the online environment.

As part of the operation of our club, we use a simple information system, which, however, does not take into account many possibilities,

which we describe in the following point. Because of this, our organization and management is not as efficient as it could be.

The project was divided into six activities that logically followed each other. The main activity and the main output was the innovation of the information system.

Our organization currently has 214 members, which is the size of our target group. By losing her to us

administration linked to the existing information system, we can devote more time to activities with the target group and

increase this target group.

Through the implementation of planned activities, we can now focus more on the needs of our target group and lead them to

sports and an active approach to life, which is the main benefit for the target group.
