Description
The aim of the project is to improve and streamline the management of projects and other activities of the organization and fundraising.We implement up to 20 projects in six different services, during the year. In order to be able to provide services in a high-quality and continuous manner, it is necessary to manage projects efficiently and also to secure them financially. These activities place great demands on the organization''s management and service managers. We want to use the possibilities of digital services for more efficient work management and fundraising and PR implementation. People in management positions and in operations will be able to pay more attention to improving direct work with clients, caring for human resources or further development of the organization.

Meeting with the APUTIME system supplier, meeting with the donor care system supplier, staff training, data entry into the system, test run of the systems, work in the systems, evaluating the effectiveness of the work
We have managed to improve communication across programs, create a more efficient way of project management, and we are implementing a change process for the organization''s management system. There is a functional application for working with donors, which enables good communication with donors, registration of donors and financial income.
