Description

The project includes
1 - Analysis of digital tools, mapping of needs and processes in the organization, introduction of solution options and integration of other applications and employee training, communication solutions in the team.
2 - Professional course OBS studio - application for creation, stream and post-production of professional webinars
3 - Project management course and project management application
4 - Tabidoo CRM system for fundraising

The project is intended for all team members. They will be provided with training on new applications and processes. New applications and uniform procedures will make it easier for the team to collaborate and communicate. Management will benefit from project management applications and training. The fundraiser will use the new Tabidoo application to establish cooperation with individual donors.
Webinars participants will also benefit from the project, they will receive quality content with quality and professional execution. Post-production editing of webinars (OBS studio) will enable their use even offline.
The streamlining of work processes and the tools provided will bring greater professionalism and credibility to the patient organization in the long term.
 

Summary of project results

The implementation of the project had significant impacts on the overall operation of the organization. The in-depth analysis detected all deficiencies or unnecessary duplication in the organization''s digital environment.

The management course helped to map out the processes in the organization, define powers and responsibilities, where we could test theory and practice at the same time in the close leadership of the team. The acquisition of CRM software Tabidoo resulted in the revision of all previously used data sources (tables, lists of contacts) and the creation of a uniform and functional database of contacts divided by type of donors. The training at OBS Studio brought insight into the possibilities of post-production of video webinars, and its subsequent use is a great benefit for our organization and the participants of the webinars. Training employees on the Google Workspace digital space was an important part of the project.

Due to our nationwide scope and remote online cooperation on our individual activities, smooth, reliable, fast communication and working with data is essential. All the key activities of the project were therefore very significant and beneficial for our organization and brought the following partial results:

• Digital communication within the entire team has improved

• Improved storage, sharing of key documents, taking meeting minutes, scheduling meetings, assigning tasks online

• Ongoing projects last year were managed, managed and monitored using only one application

• Ties were significantly strengthened, both in the internal and external part of the team

• We have created a quality database of contacts for fundraising purposes

• 3 employees and 10 volunteers are now using Google Workspace, which has greatly increased the efficiency of our work
