Description

The aim of the project is to increase the competences of 7 employees of the Social Clinic in the use of Netsuite tools for working with clients, volunteers and supporters. Effective use of the Oracle Netsuite tool will significantly improve the efficiency and quality of processes related to internal evaluation, reporting, work with supporters and last but not least fundraising. The project will train at least 7 employees in the following positions: service coordinator, PR coordinator, fundraiser, project manager, supervisor and methodological service manager, director of the organization. Part of the project is to extend the existing use of Netsuite towards more effective use in the organisation''s fundraising - especially working with individual donors.

Summary of project results

Within the project, 4 main activities were carried out that helped us to streamline and deepen the use of Netsuite. 8 staff members were trained and supported and through the support we were able to streamline care for approximately 400 of our clients (and prospective clients) and 120 volunteer therapists. We see the improved use of the Netsuite CRM system as an input into future service coordination and overall streamlining of our processes.

1) Training for relevant SK staff - this involved 8 staff involved in the coordination and management of the service and the various sections of the Social Clinic. These staff were supported and trained to use Netsuite appropriately

2) Setting up functionality for the emerging fundraising section - by the end of Dock 2022 the organisation''s team and fundraising activities had expanded towards corporate and individual fundraising and we are looking to take a more conceptual approach to working with supporters in PR. We need to expand Netsuite to include a section to coordinate work with supporters.

4) Setting up a link between the Google platform and Netsuite
