Description

The main goal of the project is innovation in the field of IT technologies, renovation of used equipment (desktop PCs, laptops) and the use of new digital tools (email client, web presentations, social networks) with regard to the expansion of our services. We consider it necessary to use all available and modern digital technologies and devices that will help and enable us to be more and purposefully in contact with potential users of our services, but also with a range of donors, supporters and partners in presenting the use of donations and support ( material, financial). The benefit of the completed project is the simplification and precise targeting of communication with our clients, donors and funders. At the same time, the goal is to simplify the work for all members of the multidisciplinary team.

Summary of project results

The long-term and positive impact of the project is the purchase of new computer technology, the introduction of a new email client and the creation of a new web presentation. In the framework of the project we addressed insufficient technical equipment for direct communication with hospice clients, donors, supporters and partners. As part of the project, we managed to train members multidisciplinary team in the use of new computer technology and in handling the new email client. The impact of the project is an increase in the comfort and speed of the members'' work of a multidisciplinary team when reporting actions to insurance companies, when taking daily records, etc. The members of the multidisciplinary team draw the greatest benefit and contribution from the project team and senior staff (24 people). As part of the project, the professionalism of the hospice, hospice services and its presentation towards the end user was strengthened.
