Summary of project results

The project focused on addressing several key issues within the organization that hindered its effective functioning and growth. In the area of strategic planning and internal directives, it was found that the organization lacked important documents and had outdated guidelines. The solution was to revise and create new organizational directives, update documents according to current legislation, and establish a shared space for easy access to these directives. The process of developing a fundraising and communication strategy with the help of external experts was initiated and is being gradually implemented.

Fundraising faced a lack of structured strategy and financial resources. We created a project team for fundraising and PR, which regularly worked on the development and implementation of strategies. We conducted several fundraising campaigns and established collaborations with companies, leading to the acquisition of new donors and donations. Team members underwent continuous training to improve their skills in communication and fundraising.

Employee training was another critical area. The lack of managerial and professional skills was addressed by having staff participate in training courses in various fields, including managerial skills, fundraising, financial management, and PR. We also organized teambuilding events to enhance collaboration and team spirit.

A communication strategy was essential for improving internal communication within the organization and with the public. With the help of an external consultant, we developed a communication strategy, updated the website, and created new regional brochures. Regular meetings of the communication and PR team ensured the effective implementation of these strategies.

The lack of technical equipment and online storage was addressed by purchasing necessary software and hardware. By securing an online cloud solution and email services, we modernized our technical infrastructure, making it easier for employees to work.

The project significantly strengthened the organization''s capacity in key areas, leading to improved service quality, brand strengthening, and competitiveness. Progress was supported by consultations and expert support, confirmed by positive feedback from employees and external collaborators.
