Description

Our goal is to multiply the impact of our activities, measure it better and spread our know-how in the field of working with volunteers more effectively. In order to achieve this, it is first necessary to increase the efficiency of our internal processes, specifically data collection and processing through an updated CRM database integrated with our website and other applications.
Among the specific planned steps are for example analysis and optimization of our CRM system - its revision, setup, addition of the necessary functions, connection to the website and other applications. It will help us to prevent data loss and save time spent working with them. Other suggested solution such as user accounts for volunteers will help them register for our activities, keep their information up to date, see a history of their participation etc..
For the preparation and implementation of focus groups, evaluation meetings and training of non-profit organizations and leaders, we will use the online tools ZOOM, Miro and Freelo, which we will also apply for cooperation with leaders in planning their volunteer events. Thanks to the project, we will be able to offer an improved and more attractive version of our on-line educational and evaluation activities that participants from all around the Czech republic can join and save time and money on traveling to Prague.
And last but not least we will also create a manual for the Tamjdem team which will cover the instructions for CRM and on-line tools, in order to prevent know-how loss within the team.

Summary of project results

The project had an impact on the work of the Tamjdemu team and the functioning of the organization, especially in the area of saving time working with data, reducing the rate of errors through transcription, and overall increasing the efficiency of the team. By introducing digital tools for collaboration, we have also increased the flexibility of team members, the possibility of remote collaboration.
He brought volunteers an easy and clear way to register for volunteer events via our website. This is based on their verbal evaluations, which we get at events, and from the completion of a feedback questionnaire on satisfaction with user profiles.
He brought to the trained leaders knowledge of the use of selected digital tools for cooperation with Tamjdem, but also outside of it in their personal or professional life. This follows from their oral evaluation, which we obtained at the end of each training session or during close cooperation.
Thanks to the project, non-profit organizations were trained in the use of selected digital tools. It enriched many of them on a personal level. However, they are rather not considering the introduction of the use of these tools in their NGOs, because they have already implemented some tools in their work in the time of Covid and are not planning any changes. This follows from their oral evaluation, which we obtained at the end of each training session or during close cooperation.
