Description

As part of the project, we will get a modern website. The goal is to serve as an information portal as well as a communication platform between us and our clients, authorities, cooperating organizations, donors and volunteers. The existing website does not provide such possibilities, it is outdated and uncomfortable for target groups. The result of the project will be a clear presentation of our mission and services provided, connected with other digital applications. This system will help simplify and speed up the transfer of information and communication, thanks to optimization for other devices and provide clients with convenient access. The main activity is - built modern website. The current technical condition and graphic design of the website is no longer sustainable. Main activities: needs analysis, web construction, staff training, trial operation, questionnaire survey, project impact evaluation. The system will help simplify and speed up the transfer of information and communication thanks to optimization for other devices and provide clients with convenient access to information about our social services. Benefit from this project expected our target groups: families with children in difficult life situations, children and youth 6 - 20 years, foster families, families with children, authorities, cooperating organizations, schools, donors, employees in direct work with clients and in operations.

Summary of project results

We feel the overall impact of our project to be very positive. With regard to the way of passing on the necessary information not only to our clients, but also to donors, partners and supporters. The modern WordPress administration system allows us to modernize the website in the future as well.
