Thanks to the project, we were able to expand the School for Sustainable Life program to include the topic of climate change. The applicant''s team, led by the chief

methodologist, compiled a new methodology focused precisely on climate change. There is a lot of interest in the topic of climate change among schools, which we

confirmed in the fact that 2/3 of the schools registered for the program voted This topic. The remaining schools opted for a sustainable theme. We have tried thanks

to the project that the topic of climate change is very useful for community projects, when thanks a participatory approach at the local level spreads awareness

of the importance of the topic among the local community as well as decision-makers.

In the program, we emphasize above all a participatory approach. For us, this means that young people, i.e. pupils in schools, ideally become the driving forces. Teachers do

they become their partners or, even better, simply observe the pupils'' actions and supplement their initiative with their comments. From the results of the evaluation, we know

that the level of participation is closely related to motivation of pupils and their activity. Some schools managed to keep the project in the hands of the children, some less so.

For us implementers, this is a challenge for the future, how much more to bring educators closer to the topic of participation, so that they understand it, can practically imagine

what it means.

The project clearly had a positive impact on the quality of relationships, the deepening of communication skills, mutual understanding and the ability to agree between pupils

on individual schools.

The project also had positive effects on the applicant''s employees, as they were trained in a number of topics thanks to the project.
